My speaking work is grounded in lived experience and real-world leadership contexts.

In 2023, I was a guest speaker at UCLA's "Coffee with Allison," a department-wide conversation hosted by the Vice Chancellor and CFO. I spoke about my experience as a transman navigating workplace disclosure, identity, and authenticity. 

I’m available for panels and invited talks on authentic leadership, identity, gender and navigating life transitions with integrity.
